ABOUT Naalia Fernandes Physiotherapist 

Natalia graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (Bsc) and worked in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation in Brazil for more than 6 years. She is a certified physiotherapist in the UK by the HCPC and CSP. 

 

Natalia is also a fully qualified Pilates Instructor. Pilates is combination of exercises and breathing techniques, is beneficial for the pelvic floor muscles working the clients tummy muscles to build up stability and strength. 

 

She is Massage Therapist, specialising in Lymphatic drainage massages, which relieves swelling. This massage helps maintain blood circulation. As well, as promoting general wellness to the client. 

 

Natalia has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to physiotherapy and massage therapy, she offers detailed consultations to her clients and will then assess and carry our treatments as required. Everyone is different and therefore every massage or physiotherapy is tailored to meet each individual needs.
